Sheet metal bending machine for hood dishwashers

The machine is designed to perform two 90° bends on the metal sheets of certain hood dishwashers, which differ in terms of bend centre distance and depth.

The machine is fully automatic when switching from the production of one model to another.

Safety is guaranteed by photoelectric safety barriers, safety brakes for loads, PLC safety, safety solenoid valve for pneumatic system discharge, etc.

Thanks to the touch panel installed, it is possible to:

• set cycle parameters;

• set production parameters;

• view statistics

• view and acquire alarms (current alarms and alarm history);

• view the current phases processed during the cycle in progress

• execute manual commands
