The assembly machine assembles plastic and metal components with maximum precision.

The basic machine offers the possibility of performing various functions:

• installation of interchangeable tools

• automatic recognition of tool coding

• loading of the software recipe

• execution of assembly and testing cycles

• possibility of managing tools as desired, up to a maximum of 32 digital inputs and 35 fully configurable digital outputs

• possibility of editing functional parameters from the touch panel (after our software programming of the tool)

The various interchangeable tools allow you to:

• precisely glue the double-sided adhesive tape onto the plastic support

• determine the assembly of the metal component to the plastic support, ensuring geometric precision and the desired specific pressure in all areas

• bend the tabs

• check that the liner is absent before gluing

• check the presence of the double-sided adhesive tape on the plastic support before gluing
